"Came for my first visit a little over a year ago and was a little worried by some of the comments I read about the office, but tried it anyway since Dr Brown’s reviews are great. Have to say, it was a wonderful experience. The staff was super nice and friendly, and the office was cutely decorated for fall and very clean. There’s was maybe 1-2 women in front of me, but the entire appointment couldn’t have taken more than 30-45 min. All in all, I was very happy, and glad to hear they were taking new patients that were family planning (which was not the case with other OBs in the area)."

"Avoid this doctor at all costs. Wish I could give zero stars. Her front desk staff is consistently rude and incompetent and have no desire to answer questions or help patients. They hardly answer phones and when they do they’ll tell you the person who can help you isn’t in and will have to call you back which they never do so you just have to keep calling. Office visits are by appts which they tell you to arrive 15 minutes early for but expect to wait at least 1.5 hrs or more to actually be seen by the doctor. Also the doctor rushes through your visit without answering questions cutting you off as you speak not explaining what she’s doing during the visit and also not explaining what self care you need to take at home to help with healing. I was bleeding for days after my most recent visit without any warning to expect that. I had to call a friend’s mother (a former gyno nurse) because I couldn’t get through to the doctor and she didn’t explain anything to me in office. Just avoid this clinic if you can they are horrible."

"Just rekindled my Healthcare relationship with Dr. Whithurst brown! So glad I did. Please note, there are 3 Doctors in the office, so it always looks busy.Just not necessarily the case for your specific visit."

"When you call to make an appointment no one picks up the phone, you always go directly to voice mail and no one returns your call. They've probably lost a lot of business this way."
