"I had a wonderful experience with Rich's Pawn store in North Plainfield NJ. I move out of state and had jewelry loan with them for past months. Due to COVID pandemic , I need sometime to pay back my loan amount to them. In all this situation Michelle help me out by extending my due date so that I can pay back my loan. Michelle make sure my stuff is packed securely since it has to be shipped out of state. She followed up by phone called and text messages. Michelle shows pure professionalism in dealing with her customers."
