"I had a new patient appointment today with Jenn Stetler. I have a history of pelvic pain and have been very anxious about scheduling an appointment. I was so pleased with her bed side manner. I didn’t even tell her how anxious I was being there and she helped to calm my nerves and make me feel totally comfortable with her. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"I've been to this office a few times in the last couple years and as of today will be going regularly for prenatal/postnatal appointments. Just like all the other times i went, it was a wonderful experience. From front desk staff, to nurses, to doctors and midwives, everyone was great. Every phone call I've ever had with them (and there's been a lot of those lately) has been nothing short of great. Dr. Cortez-Faupel was so informative and attentive with answering all of my questions. I wasn't "fat shamed" for being an overweight expectant mother like i have been at other Wellspan offices or doctors offices in general. Everyone was so friendly and polite, even to my 2 year old son who was so shy that he wouldn't even look at them. As long as the staff stays how they are, I'll never go anywhere else again. I'll drive 2 hours if i have to just so i know I'm getting a friendly and personal experience with my doctors and nurses."

"I don’t normally do this but I see a lot of bad reviews and think I need to tell my story. I miscarried a year and a half ago and Dr Tocks took great care of me. She made me feel comfortable and could even relate to what I was going through. My husband and I have since been trying to conceive and haven’t had any luck. Dr Tocks again this year has worked well with me and I will be going for surgery in a few weeks for endometriosis. She worked with me when I was running late and got me in when she knew it was serious."

"I don’t normally do this but this office is a freaking Godsend. I recently moved into the area and needed an urgent appointment. The front desk was super helpful with getting me into see a doctor. Then when I went in for my appointment today I was shocked. The office staff is so welcoming and understanding. The real shout out goes to Doctor Tocks! Her bedside manner is by far the best I’ve ever encountered. I came in terrified about my follow up, she not only reassured me but she wanted to know about my plans for pregnancy later this year. I can’t say enough positive things about visiting this office today."
