"My experience with Dr. Gayoso and the office was excellent! Plenty of parking at the office, friendly admin staff, everything was clean and I only had to wait about 20-25 minutes which really wasn’t bad. I was there to have my first colposcopy and Dr. Gayoso was very nice and took the time to explain my test results that led to this, the procedure itself and what to expect afterwards. She gave me multiple chances to ask additional questions which was nice as I didn’t feel rushed. Afterwards she told me what to expect as a follow up and that was that! Overall, very good experience and would recommend Dr. Gayoso based on this."

"Wait time for my first appointment was over THREE hours.. I ended up leaving. Her staff called to cancel my second appointment (two weeks later) because the doctor did not show up for work that day. The staff offered me an appointment TWO MORE weeks later. Insane… I made my appointment in May, it’s now July and I’ve still not seen this doctor and now refuse to. She obviously does not care about her patients time. When I asked the staff if this was normal, they implied she is not reliable and has poor time management. I’ll be going elsewhere in search of a doctor who is reliable and cares about her patients"

"She was combative, bullying, and visibly irritated when I tried to get her to explain why she wanted to change everything about my birth plan after a 5 min meeting (when the midwife I'd worked with at the same practice was fine). Then, when I asked her if she could call the backup hospital doctor ( so I wouldn't have to work with a male bc I have abuse in my past and bc she wanted me to go right away) she said *she* was the backup but wouldn't be going bc she was getting off work in a couple hours and I'd be "fine"."

"Dr. Gayoso-Adam is a doctor that really cares about her patients and makes you feel comfortable enough that you know you can ask any question, which is very important in this field. Even if you only see her once a year, she still makes you feel like family."
