"My last interaction with Dr. Sodeke was less than stellar. I felt her explanation of my expected delivery was rushed and impersonal. I tried to lighten the mood by smiling and trying to make Her feel comfortable but it felt a little tense. I'm not one to make anyone look or feel bad, but I have to be honest in my experiences. I am always respectful of medical professionals, but feel like they should reciprocate that same respect or just be mindful of how they come across."

"My issues are with the staff not advising the patient when the doctor is running 45 mins to 1 hr late. The intake reception couldn’t answer my questions why do I complete the same intake forms in email before the appointment, the day of the appointment via email and again at the desk when I arrive. Don’t your systems read each other? If yes why don’t the staff READ it too. Not good customer service. Also, I asked twice via phone whether I needed to come in due to my age and they said yes. Well, after waiting 45 mins to an hr after arriving the assistant asked why are you here. I won’t repeat my answer. Frustrated customer is what I am. Dr. Sodeke did come up with a plan for the future."

Her bedside manner is excellent and you can feel that she really care about her patients. She’s very knowledgeable and friendly.
