The front desk staff was unpleasant, especially a fat Chinese woman who lacked kindness and gossiped. 2. The doctor spoke quickly, and I doubt she even knew what she was talking about. It seemed like she said the same things to every patient repeatedly. 3. Refused to provide analysis reports even despite my specific request 4. She never reviews my previous medical records before the consultation, making me feel like a completely new patient each time. I have to repeatedly remind or inform her about my situation, which shows that she treats patients in a very perfunctory manner 5. She couldn't make an accurate diagnosis, and we wasted half a year with her, only to be told to undergo more testing in another month, as if hoping for a miracle. 6. The appointment details were unclear. We were initially told it was for an annual testing, but then they charged us for a follow-up appointment and refused to make changes. 7. It felt like the only motivation for contacting patients was money. 8. I think Dr. Katie has bias and preferences towards patients, rather than treating everyone equally. In conclusion, I believe Dr. Katie is unqualified as a doctor, both in terms of skill and morality."

Recently, she helped deliver my first baby to the world. During the whole time, she was so attentive and patient.
