"While doctor Caryl is very nice and professional, whoever is responsible for filing to LabCorp is absolutely terrible. During the visit I was assured that the test will be free of charge with my insurance. I’ve received a bill from LabCorp a while after stating I owe for the test. I called my insurance company, LabCorp, as well as doctor’s office multiple times — it turned out the doctor’s office used an incorrect code. When I finally got a LabCorp representative reach out to the doctor’s office they said they would correct it. It took multiple more phone calls until I was told they finally filed a claim and my invoice was supposed to be cancelled. Today is two months later and I got the same invoice again, saying the debt will go to collections. I called LabCorp again and it turns out they’ve been waiting for the doctor to contact them but they never did. So unprofessional! Honestly do not recommend this office TERRIBLE!"
