Shady Grove Gyn Care - Dr. Shabnam Dadgar

"Review I’m terribly sorry for myself that I didn’t read the reviews before coming here. She is a money hungry doctor and speeds through the process of things. She charges in Zelle or Cashapp like others said and provide no receipt. After this visit When I asked her about my results and the possible procedures to take on my telehealth visit she said you don’t have to worry about that right now. How unprofessional. Then she proceeded to tell me I needed to go again to her office, however, at this point knowing don’t want her as a doctor. So I never called back to schedule another appointment. What made me write this review today is that they scheduled me unknowingly, and now they wanna charge me a cancellation fee for $150 an appointment I DID NOT SCHEDULE. DO NOT VISIT!!!!! I would leave 0 stars if I could."

"Dr. Dadgar is a phenomenal doctor. I have been seeing Dr.Dadgar for over 5 years & I always am treated with kindness that always puts me at ease. One of the standout qualities of Dr. Dadgar is her incredible empathy. She genuinely cares about my well-being, both physically and emotionally. She takes the time to listen to my concerns, and ask questions to understand me better. This made discussing personal health matters feel less intimidating. I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Dadgar to anyone seeking an OB/GYN who combines exceptional medical expertise with outstanding communication skills, genuine empathy, and a dedication to prioritizing their patients' concerns and overall well-being."

"The front desk staff Leslie Dr. Shabnam Dadgar, were very rude nasty. The first appointment I waited over an hour to be seen. My appointment was at 9am I wasn’t seen until 10:15am on 11/25. Today 12/08 today the front desk staff placed me in a room and when Dr. Dadgar didn’t know why I was there. Dr. Dadgar waved me off to walk around, once I got back in the office I asked should I use the restroom or wait. I was told to use the restroom then Dr. Dadgar yelled at me for doing so. I expressed that her and the staff were extremely rude so I would be finding a new doctor, she replied and said “I think it’s best that you do that”. I asked for my labs and records while waiting she asked me to sit I told her I would rather stand, she replied to me “you’re Muslim, Muslim people don’t act like that”. Her comments and behavior are very disrespectful and disturbing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SEEING HER."

"This is the most unprofessional and abusive provider experience my family has ever endured. After sharing insurance information over the phone, we made a long drive to the office only to be told they were not sure if our insurance would be accepted. Then a 1 hour wait to get confirmation. After inquiring about the status, we were met with rude comments and attitude from both the front desk and THE DOCTOR. They went as far as calling us stupid and asking us to leave. Horrible. Please don’t waste your time."

"I am beyond disappointed with this OBGYN. I normally don’t have time to write reviews, however I was so unhappy about how I was treated that I had to write this review for this doctor who prioritizing money over patient care. It's essential for any doctors, especially in specialties like obstetrics and gynecology, to prioritize patient well-being and provide compassionate, respectful care. Patients deserve to be treated with dignity and empathy, rather than being viewed as mere financial transactions."
