"İ had an appointment at this office yesterday.It was the worst experience ever.My appointment was 10 30 but I haven’t been called until 12 pm my insurance didn’t seem to be active in their system and they offer me to reschedule it instead of calling the insurance and ask what was going on they also knew i was in er only a couple of days ago and i told them that my phone battery was died and couldn’t call them i have been told that a patient should always call after 1 hour 30 mins waiting time.As fas as i see they take a lot of patients for the same day and time as long as you dont say anything you wont be called i was so angry with front desk and I started yelling at them there was a lady who asked how long she will be waiting after she heard my yelling at them she has been called before of all others who waits longer then her i trying to mention there is no line or queue this is most ridiculous thing i have ever seen.Blood test results took more than 24 hours to get back finally my husband decided to go to office and ask what the problem is and i told him not to go and we could find another doctor office thanks to god !!we have found one.My husband found them when we were in a thight schedule.I can see now why we could make an appointment because they take every appointment and then make people wait in the waiting room and there was bo seat left i had to wait outside along the corridor until it gets available They care only money doctor assistant take care of you doctor herself was drinking a coffee inside. I feel like i should review them i do this very rare normally."

"I just poked my head on this sight to get the phone number for Dr. Sethi and was taken aback that her rating was only 3.3!!! She IS amazing! She has delivered both of my children and offers the highest level of care. In the 29 years I've been going to her yes, I've had to reschedule because babies are being born. And yes, I've had a mix up with an appointment before. And yes, I've had to wait a few times because let's face it, first time moms sometimes run over their time. BUT, when I'm in there am I the only one on her mind? YES! Her bedside manner is unbeatable. She really cares for the whole patient and is part doctor, part therapist. So if you were considering this practice, go for it. Just don't take MY therapy time! :)"
