"The most unprofessional service I have ever used. After Robin failed to finish my taxes by April 15th, I never received any form of communication to let me know that an extension had been filed. I filed one myself. It's now Sept 15th (the deadline for business taxes) and I've been calling nonstop and no one will answer. I finally drove to the place and knocked on the door (the owner lives above the office) and asked if she had received my messages. She said she had, but SHE NEVER RETURNED MY CALL. She didn't even know that Sept 15th is the deadline for my situation. She said the lady that was doing my taxes has been sick, but we are talking months and months with no communication and frankly, she didn't act like she cared very much. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I wasted my time and now I'm scrambling to finish my taxes simply because they won't communicate."
