"Although Dr Armstrong is a good physician it simply doesn’t make up for the incompetence and attitude of his office staff. The front office is absolutely horrible at customer service. As recent as this morning, I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a nurse with an attitude. Historically, I have been repeatedly disconnected when placed on hold, no return call, no response to questions, and the list goes on and on. As a result of their incompetence, my surgical procedure was delayed for three months. I can’t express how frustrating working with the iNova staff has been. Its unfortunate, but after this recovery I will seek a new GYN specialist. Sad, as I feel Dr. Armstrong is one of the best in the area, and I am sure he has lost a lot of patients as a result of his staff which he does not control."

"Dr. Armstrong was recommended to me, by my GYN, when I needed a partial hysterectomy. Dr. Armstrong was so compassionate and caring. He took the time to meet with my husband and I to go over what was to be expected with my surgery. I've never had a doctor take the time with a patient as he did. My surgical procedure was more complicated than initially thought. However, Dr. Armstrong advised us, beforehand of that possibility. My surgery was very successful and his follow up care, for me, was outstanding. I could not recommend Dr. Armstrong more highly. I will note that I had issues with my short term disability insurance and his office staff was difficult to deal with during that time. Despite those difficulties, things were eventually resolved. Dr. Armstrong's care far outweighs the shortcomings of the staff , at the time. If you want a doctor who is compassionate and who cares, Dr. Armstrong is your doctor"

"Fantastic practice and Dr. Armstrong is an amazing doctor. I've been his patient going on 9 years, he cared for me during both of my pregnancies and delivered both of my children. Yes, the practice is quite busy so it does require patience when calling for an appointment but the service and care far exceeds that minor inconvenience."
