"I was initially really excited to start using Claudio and Company for my small local business. Unfortunately, I was charged a lot of money for services I did not even receive throughout the past year. Recently, I brought it up to them that I was not receiving what I was paying for. I was told the amounts would be adjusted to reflect the services I was receiving, which I was happy about. I then requested the amounts I had already paid to be partially refunded since I didn't get what I paid for. Their response to that was that they canceled their services on me. On top of charging for services not received, it was difficult to get anyone from Claudio to respond to my emails most of the time. During one meeting in particular, I was made to feel like I was the reason their services were lacking. Tax season was a nightmare. They said they had to file an extension (not true- I had had everything prepared on my end). My taxes were not filed until hours before the extension deadline. They claim to really care about small local businesses, but after my experience, I can say without a doubt, if you are a small business, you will be last on their list. During the tax preparation, the owner and employees were very disorganized and unprofessional. It was an extremely stressful time. I'm honestly shocked that they're still in business, but my guess is that they have some huge accounts that are willing to throw their money away to this pathetic company. If you are using them, I would strongly suggest going through your invoices and making sure that they are charging you appropriately."
