"Transferred here late in my pregnancy ~35 weeks after finding out that my OB would only be on call one day a week for births. I’m glad that I was recommended this place by a friend as they were helpful over the remaining 6 weeks that we went. Rachel Horne, our CNM was amazing during our birth at Inova Loudoun and we cannot recommend her enough! All of the other midwives we met too seemed very good during the prenatal visits."

"The practice does not see patients at a Dulles office even though their website says "offices in Landsdowne, Sterling, and Dulles." By the time I asked about the Dulles office and was told it was only for medical billing not to see patients - I was already far enough along in my pregnancy that I didn't want to switch providers. If this was clear on the website I would have never chosen Loudoun OBGyn and Midwives for my first pregnancy."

"I hate to write this review because I've experienced both good & very bad from this clinic. The good; the front desk staff are professionals and always kind when i interacted with them- in person or phone. I saw only One of the nurse practitioners and she was also great. Doctor Roberts, however, is not great, in my humble opinion. Although she is competent, she doesn't have a great bedside manner. That could be for a variety of reasons, but when it comes to OB/GYN care, you want someone you feel you can talk to about any issues or concerns you need assistance with and she didn’t feel “present” or show care. She seemed cold and distant instead of friendly and personable to me. Every time I tried expressing my concerns I felt unheard and insignificant AND my concerns were not recorded in my records further proving she wasn’t listening. I could convince myself that maybe she had a bad day or maybe she was just having an off day, but this happened every time I saw her. After experiencing her level of service, I never wanted to speak to or see her again, and I decided to not do my C-section with her because i had lost all my trust in her. I will add that the other doctors were the complete polar opposite when I interacted with them- Dr. Park, Dr. Lin, Dr. Thompson. As far as surgery scheduling- Dr. Roberts cleared one day which was perfect but the next day she moved me a week early for whatever reason. I understand high risk pregnancies need to follow certain timelines for C-section BUT why confidently clear one date then change it to a WHOLE week early without convincing medical necessity. My surgery was rescheduled so many times I’ve lost count and through this back and forth I lost all the available appointments leaving me with an appointment one week early which meant my baby would have to go to NICU and I would need to take betamethasone- just because no appointment available so let the patient and newborn suffer! That’s unacceptable! I felt I’m being bullied to do what they want and I flat out refused and went to see another practice at 35 weeks pregnancy. They put me through so much stress and misery- I cried everyday and night. Unfortunately, because of this bad experience I would NOT recommend this location to anyone! I would want someone I truly care about to go elsewhere."

"I transferred to the Landsdowne office around week 28 of my pregnancy due to change of insurance. I saw several of the midwives who were supportive and informative. My typical, no complications pregnancy turned into a severe, high-risk situation in a matter of days at 32 week. If it was not for Dr. Park's advocacy, being proactive, and extremely thorough with my care, I would have had a home delivery. Despite being new to my pregnancy, she remained calm, kept me informed, explained everything, and provided several options regarding my complications pre and post nataly. She was amazing and I would trust her with my care any day!"
