"Poor bedside manner! Dr. White can be condescending. I sent her a follow up message on the client portal after a phone conversation about a health issue to be sure I understood my diagnosis correctly. Before answering my question, she mentioned having talked about the matter on the phone already. The comment was unnecessary. As a patient, I am allowed to ask questions for my own understanding, and I should. Her attitude is unprofessional. A huge disappointment. I try to support my own people, but I do not tolerate poor attitudes."
