"John at House of Diamonds was awesome and gave us a great deal on our wedding bands. Highly recommend him!"
"Easily the most knowledgeable and seasoned jeweler in Central Jersey. One of the few custom jewelry makers and watch makers left. If you are looking for custom pieces, unique gifts and quality jewelry look no further than this local family business. Fair prices, jewelry services and so many interesting and unusual pieces. Do yourself a favor and stop in for a look!"
"This store has friendly staff, great customer service, and unique pieces. I always leave happy! Highly recommended!"
"I have been to the jewelry store many many times. If there was ever a mistake the owner would call the credit card company immediately to recitfy the situation. The jewelry. I puchased from store was mostly special designs and i love and still wear often. I will continue to get my jewelry from this store."
"I visited this store. It’s a mom and pops type of feel, but to seen and heard what went on and it was unprofessional, the male owner was confused about a transaction that took place but did say that the customer was there for a replacement clasp, the female owner was on the defensive from the beginning she had rude remarks as if the customer was trying to scam them. The customer asked to play the tape back and see she only came to get an item fixed. When money was removed from your account with out knowledge yes you get upset, but to be told to shut up and threaten to have police called in front of a minor child showed me that this is not a place for me. Customer Service training needs to be done and control over emotions is a must. Double check your receipts before leaving so this will never happen again"
