"This has been the worst experience at a doctors office ever. I went to see Dr. Rivera for a basic checkup. She told me I didn't need a pap smear until I insisted. The pap smear came back suspicious. I called the office but NO RESPONSE. I then had a mammogram which needed a ultrasound and a biopsy. I called the office again 3 weeks ago and still NO RESPONSE. Unfortunately to find out that I have breast cancer and confirmed that Dr. Rivera had been sent a copy of the results but as of today, NEVER A CALL FROM THIS GYNECOLOGIST. I'm not sure what kind of practice Dr. Rivera is running, but this has been the most unprofessional experience I have ever seen. I would not recommend this Gynecologist TO ANYONE nor the LACK OF CARE AND RESPONSE I have received."

"Love Dr. Rivera, caring, good bedside manners. I came to her as first time patient in a lot of pain. She took care of me immediately. Prior to Capital Women's Care I went to another clinic for the past 20 years and they could not find a spot for me . The facility is super cool. They have their own ultrasound equipment, You can also get your annual mamogram there as well. Highly recomme them and Dr. Rivera!!!"
