"I was referred to Dr. Ghenbot by my OB/GYN office, and I am so glad I went. She spent over 45 minutes with me making sure we discussed my history, questions, and concerns. I received referrals for diagnostic imaging and additional support. I had a good follow up with her, and she is very professional, courteous, and empathetic. I will continue to have follow up visits with her, and I hope anyone considering seeking her services will give her a chance."

"(Edit: I removed another star) This doctor is the most irresponsible and reckless doctor I’ve had the misfortune of seeing. She misdiagnosed (I should rather say ignored) symptoms of PID and an ovarian cyst. I don’t usually write bad reviews for doctors because sometimes patients can be ridiculously demanding and mean towards them. However, I was a respectful patient with symptoms I needed help with and I don’t think that this doctor was being professional or doing her job as a healthcare provider. I first saw her when I had some insane urinary urgency. She did a pelvic exam and the nurse did that quick sonogram. Both nurse and doctor missed a size 4 cm cyst which was diagnosed with an mri that I got for lower back pain. But that’s not the biggest reason why I’m writing this review. Dr Ghenbot claimed that I needed to work on my mental health if I wanted to get better, and wouldn’t order a SINGLE diagnostic exam. I was made to feel that my symptoms were in my head. You know, the usual treatment you get for being a woman. There’s no medical basis (even if it’s true) that physical symptoms are caused by mental health or thoughts and a man would NEVER be told that his symptoms are in his head. Fast forward a couple of months, my symptoms were getting worse and I asked the doctor who ordered my mri to give me an order for an ultrasound. Thankfully, I was able to get it and found that the cyst grew to 5.6 cm. I started worrying now about my fertility as well because large cysts can cause torsion of the ovaries. Because I didn’t have the support of this doctor, I was researching everything myself to find a solution. Once I decided to have the cyst removed, I saw Dr Ghenbot again. I wanted to give her another chance and it seemed as if the appointment was going well until she made another unprofessional remark. So I’m done giving her the benefit of the doubt. It’s wild to me that we are living in the most technologically advanced times in a first world country with all the tools, knowledge, and money available yet all is lost when a woman needs to be listened. I finally had the cyst removed and antibiotic therapy thanks to other doctors."
