"I’ve been trying very hard to be patient with this home. All of their staff park several cars on the street so that the neighbors, including myself are unable to pull out of our driveway. They block our driveway. When asked to move the car so we could get in or out, they ignore me. There is a long driveway with ample parking for several cars but they never use it. For many years, one of the workers would spend the day outside screaming on his cell phone so loudly that I could hear him loudly in my house with the TV on and windows closed. When I would be on my phone, people asked who was talking at my house. I haven’t heard him recently but I couldn’t enjoy sitting in my yard. I felt he wasn’t watching over Jimmy if he was outside on the phone all day. Most concerning to me is that Jimmy pounds very hard on the walls throughout the night keeping me awake or waking me. He does this all hours of the night. I know he can’t help it so I’ve been trying hard to tolerate it but I have sleep issues and they are made worse with this pounding. It concerns me that Jimmy must be very distraught throughout the nights if he is banging for hours on end like that and nothing is being done to try to comfort him. I hope he is being cared for properly. For several years, I have made every effort to tolerate all of the annoyances but I feel that Sharp Visions could make more of an effort to be a good neighbor in return. These are the things that cause others to not want these homes in their neighborhood. I’m sure if they would not cause problems in the neighborhood, people would welcome these homes."

"Rude staff parks multiple cars on the street despite having abundant off street parking. All attempts to discuss this problem with them directly are ignored or shrugged off. It would be nice if others could use the street also. The former staff was much friendlier the new ones, not so much."
