"If you want your problems taken seriously, don't go to her. I came to her hoping to find what was causing irregular, extremely heavy, painful periods that made me miss school and pass out. She chose to tell me that I'm just overweight and I need to go on antidepressants. No tests were run despite me telling her I had a family history of hormone disorders. I went to a different provider who figured out what was wrong with me.Turns out I have very low estrogen, endometriosis, ovarian cysts, and severe PMDD. I could've been spared YEARS of agony had Dr. Cruden did her job. Dr. Cruden also was the on call gyno at the emergency room when I had an infection after a hysterectomy. She never once saw me or spoke to me, yet was the one making decisions about my plan of care. She talked to me through the ER physician despite my numerous attempts to tell them that she is dismissive and I stopped seeing her for a reason."
