"I took two pairs of leather boots in for repair after a recommendation from a colleague. The shop did an excellent job! One pair of boots had a half sole and the heel replaced. I’ve had these boots for about five years and never had them professionally cleaned or shined. They look almost brand new again! Same goes for the other pair as well. They even were able to complete the repairs ahead of schedule. Definitely recommend!"

"Update: the resole turned out incredible! 5 stars for that repair. ♥️ --------------------------- Previous review: Disappointed. I brought a few pairs of shoes to be fixed, one a scuff touch up and one a resole. I knew the white would be refinished to look glossier, but it appears that they didn't stuff the shoe when refinishing because the polish did not fill the wrinkles (and the boot is lumpier than when I dropped it off). You are meant to stuff a boot or shoe when refinishing to reduce wrinkles and return the leather to a like new, non wrinkled finish. Also, after wearing them outside, I cleaned them on my own and uncovered the exact same scuff I just got fixed. I don't know how that happens, poor workmanship or just poor paint quality? I'm back to fixing my own things and will go back to hunting down the right paint to fix my own shoes. Just very disappointed. The black slides I got resoled were done very poorly. The edges all look uneven and odd. I wish their craftsmanship matched up to my high standards, as I was led to believe with the reviews and pictures I've seen. I do think the price was fair, but I will not be returning and will look for a more consistent, detail conscious shop for any future projects. I don't know if the person who did my shoes was an apprentice or what, but the work I was delivered doesn't match up to anything I've seen on their Instagram or website. I have one pair still at the shop, a full sole redesign that I spent $275 for, and I wish I had waited to see how the other shoes fared before committing to this final job. A lot of money down the drain. They're a lovely family run business and I wish them the best, hoping they learn from this experience and have better quality control in the future."
