"Unprofessional, communication is terrible, paid him cash to file my return on 2/15/22 and he has not given any answers on to where my refund is, what the issue is! He hides behind a keyboard and is very RUDE! If I could have left no stars I would and as of this review my return is still not available through the IRS and he has not communicated with me in regards to my return prior to 4/20/22 other than he is too BUSY and I'm NOT HIS ONLY CLIENT. What he fails to tell you in his response to my review is that HE filed my minor son's return INCORRECTLY and therefore pushed out MY return (6 TIMES PER THE IRS REP) into an error ... he never gave me an answer on what was going on with my return until 4/20/22 as to date he has not supplied any info on my return. He has NOT AMENDED my return as to date as the IRS has no record of it! Deleted this year & Previous years from his client portal and I have emails requesting my tax information AS of 5/12/22 he has not amended my return, given me access back to my returns from previous years or this year.. his mistake yet hasn't rectified it. MY first request for info on my return was on 3/1/22 and on 3/4/22 he replied he was too busy with corporate returns and he would look into it. I gave him to 3/16/22 and again I asked. Any correspondence was written in CAPS, rude and uninformative ... his mistake, rudeness, lack of consideration has caused all this unnecessary aggravation. A simple I made a mistake and I am taking care of it would have been the professional thing to do."
