"My GYN moved away & not a reasonable distance to drive for an appointment. I have been looking for a new GYN. Dr. Feathers was great on my first visit and other visits since then. It's an hours drive but worth it. Dr. Feathers was thorough and very knowledgeable. She explained procedure, medication needed and dr referral for other nonGYN issues. Her office staff are very friendly and helpful from taking payments, scheduling appointments, help with insurance issues, etc. It is well worth the drive and I wish more doctor practices followed Dr Feathers approach."

"Rude! She over talks you, doesn't listen to you at all. Has an attitude like she's perfect and noones better despite her errors! She also doesn't respect your privacy or hypa and doesn't review your records and the test and results that she's ordered in the past"

"Trying to book an appointment to get my cysts checked, but I live in Cumberland. Regina answered the phone very rudely and was rude the whole time I was trying to make an appointment. I asked her if I could get my ultrasound done at the hospital in Cumberland instead of Oakland, then she said to wait a minute and attempted to put me on Hold. I guess she didn’t realize I was still on the line when she told her coworker “this girl is pushing my last nerve”. The staff is very rude and don’t work well with your schedule at all, do not recommend this gynecologist!"

"I first started going to Dr. Feathers in 2017. I have had no issues with Dr. Feathers and do like her. Since I have been a patient there I have had 3 no shows that were completely accidental due to work related issues and managed to call the office immediately to apologize for them only to be belittled and spoken to by Rogetta the office manager. I was recently referred to Dr. Feathers office for a biopsy to see if I have cancer and had not received a phone call to schedule procedure. My doctor's office advised that I call Dr. Feathers office to see what was going on. I proceeded to do so and the first person to answer phone was very nice. After putting me on hold I was then greeted on the phone by the very rude Rogetta and her warden like demeanor telling me first off that I have had 3 no shows in 5 years. I proceeded with so your office wasn't going to let me know that you weren't going to schedule me for a biopsy with possible cancer because of this. After that I proceeded to say a few choice words and hung up the phone. This woman has been allowed to speak to people like this for years and always manages to get away with it. I worked in the hospital lab for 4 years and have had other dealings with her rude attitude towards patients and having seen them in tears. Her attitude is definitely a reflection of Dr. Feathers office and the hospital as well."
