"I am so disappointed with this location. I went over to change my shoes or get a refund or a star credit the manager here. Her name is Mariana. She is so rude, and really hard to communicate with everything that I was telling her or saying to her was a problem it didn’t matter. If I was right she was going off Being rude disrespectful Even to the point of her saying that she was doing me a favor of communicating with me, and that she was not gonna exchange my shoes. I left the store with my shoes that they did not work for my job they should really change their managers or have a talk with them. I am never coming back to this location."

"Great quality designer shoes for low prices. My kid got a pair of addidas soccer shoes with a pack of socks and I got a pair of blingy pink furry slippers for less than $100. The only issue with the store is that they seemed really understaffed and could use more active employees."

"A great spot to pick some kicks! Size and styles to equipment the entire family. I was drawn to the professional men's shoes. My wife liked the Ugg slippers, my oldest like Woody's boots (from Toy Story) and my youngest liked the bouncy balls from the toy bin. Fun family trip!"

So, I would not plan to visit Shoe Depart. exclusively but would surely randomly drop in the store coupled with other activities in mall, near by area or stores etc.."
