"Hired Bob Wilgos in August 2019 and asked for help figuring out specific guidance for financial choices I needed to make. 2 months later, when he finally met with me with the finished product, the specific financial decisions I really needed help choosing was not in there. I pointed this out to him, and he said he would run those calculations and get back to me. When I still didn't hear from him 2 months later, I called and he said he was busy with end of year tax with clients. So I waited until the new year and contacted him again. He said he would get the calculations to me soon. I never heard from him again, and it is over a year later. Some of the material was helpful, which is why I didn't give 1*. But if you need anything more than generic help or only want to hire them on a limited time basis, don't bother because you will be the last priority, get pushed off, and not get everything you need. I found a program called MaxiFi that gave me the answers I needed for quite a bit cheaper."
