If you're over 40 you will get denied life insurance coverage. It's all about statistics in algorithms. This company will judge you based on whatever they find online about you. Just remember you can revoke any permission you gave them when you filled out the application for life insurance."

I have been callingfor three weeks straight still no updates. This is after being given the run around for 2 weeks prior so a total of 5 weeks. Customer service is ridiculous. Do not deal with this company.."

"In a Word:Horrible , the customer service representatives are obnoxious and belligerent. They refuse to pay claims and when you call to find out how to appeal the denial they refuse to give you a supervisor and then they hang up on you. This is the worst Carrier that I have had the displeasure to deal with ."
