"BUYERS BE AWARE! There is NO warranty on any of the shoes sold here. The return period is 90 days. I learned this the hard way. Bought a pair of shoes on 7/4. Did not start to use them till 9/6 and the sole on the left shoe already fell apart on 10/5. Went to store and was told there was no warranty on any shoes and of course since it already passed the 90 day return period there was nothing the store could do. The store representatives are very nice though. I guess it is just the policy of all Clark’s stores. Called the 1800 number and opened a case. Will see how that works out. Have been a Clark’s customer for years and the quality seems to come down significantly and so did the customer service. Will have to go to another brand now."
