"Excellent service from start to finish, went in to get some estimates on a coin collection and some jewelry I had inherited. Bonnie was very friendly, patient and helpful throughout; she took the time to explain everything (differences in value for the coins based on their condition, rarity, etc.), answer any questions I had and I never felt pressured or pushed to make a decision on the spot about whether I wanted to sell. There was also a gentleman working there who specializes in jewelry/timepiece repair who was just as courteous, professional and helpful.
