"It is true that the prices here are good, but Jeanette has much to learn (and at her age too) about good customer service. I dropped off a sacred pendant back in May to have a custom length silver necklace made to put it on at an odd length (16.5 inches). I am a priest, and the pendant was a gift from a High Priest and cannot be replaced. I have been to the shop several times since then, and she cannot not seem to find my pendant, let alone make the necklace. I called her today to once again inquire about it, and she started screaming at me that I must have taken it back from her and how I need to find it in my house. if it was here, it would still be on the leather strap that i had been wearing it on. I had wanted it on the silver chain so that I could wear it at my wedding back in July. Dropped the necklace off the day we picked up our wedding set from her. What kind of business person operates under the attitude that the customer is wrong and that she has the right to start screaming at a customer who has spent hundreds of dollars in her shop in less than a year. So don't go here. there are much better jewelers in the city. I would recommend Dunay Jewelers at 428 Hazle St, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702"

"Very friendly, had no clue what I was doing but she helped me find the right wedding bands and got them in as quick as possible. Very communicative every step of the way. A true family owned business. Iorio's can be found on the 9th floor of the Luzerne Bank Building right off Public Square, as soon as you step off the elevator. I've been coming here for anything jewelry related forever now. I wouldn't try anywhere else. You won't get as honest of an experience. Thank you again for the most positive experience."
