"When I called to make an appointment with my accounting he was not available, but they seat up an appointment with another counting for me. I ASKED HOW MUCH THE CHARGES? They put me on hold and then the accounting guy talked to me and asked me a lot of questions about my taxes and he told me how much the charges will be. When I went to the office, I meat the new guy, I give him my paper work, he asked me about my work then he started to talk about himself and his music and his hall life story. I was trying to be polite and not to say much, but I really wanted him to shout up and work on my paperwork. At that time I try NOT to say any thing to him back ( just to give him a hint, PLEASE WORK ON MY PAPER ). But he seemed not going to shout up. He talked and talked and talked for over hours and telling me his life story. Then he finally work on my paper and almost finished them but not completely, he told me he want to charge me more because they took longer time than what he expected. When I said to him but you told me over the phone that is your charges, then he right away started ( TO BE VIOLENT AND CURSING AT ME REALLY BAD ) I was shaking and scared from him. I never expected that to happen??? Then he throw my paper all over the place and left. I didn't say any bad word back at him, I felt scared and violated by him. The office woman who is in charge "Nancy" she heard his voice and his screaming at me. She came to the office after he totally left the building and asked me about what happened. I explain to her and I told her I asked him ONE question, why I have to be charge more? ( SHE KNOW IT AND I KNOW THAT GUY IS SICK AND MAYBE ON DRUGS )? I even told her I will pay what he asked for IT JUST A QUESTION I ASKED HIM! My experience was a nightmare. In the other hand I was very worried about my paperwork. She told me she will take care of them I was very disturb by that experience, and in the end "NANCY" told me she rather me not to comeback to the office. She never apologies for his act and behavior. I have been going there for number of year dealing with a normal accounting, till last year that horrible experience. Last night I got my mail and seen their invitation to the office again to do my tax. I called to let them know to take my name off, a new girl answer and I told her in a few second I don't want to come back to them, she took my name and told me to hold, then "NANCY " got on the phone and told me we can't make appointment for you this year. Before I say a word to her. Just to let you know with my experience with them I will not give them no more then ZERO."
