"Went for an Otters game that was a throwback to the Erie Panthers. Everyone was friendly and cheerful. We had a great time and was even better since the Otters won!"
"Great seats all around. Many food and drink choices. Concession prices are comparable to other places. Make sure you have a debit or credit card because they don't accept cash at the concession stands."
"I had the pleasure of helping make one of my 14 year old Son's dreams come alive this evening at Erie Insurance Arena. After a long wait AEW finally came to our city to put on a show for us. It was worth the wait in so many ways. Erie Insurance Arena in itself is a very modern state of the art thing of beauty. You never feel crowded in. We were blessed with handicapped seating in section 109 with an incredible view, plenty of space, and electrical outlets. Perfect for a teenager that is ventilator dependent or anyone who requires special equipment. The staff are wonderful at the arena. Even with the armloads of devices we had to bring they were courteous and got us through security quickly. I had been to the arena before to see The Bayhawks(RIP) and also TSO in concert and also had good experiences. Tonight tops everything though. You don't often find a place that you can take someone with special needs and have a great time with absolutely no difficulty. We did tonight at the Erie Insurance Arena watching AEW Wrestling."
"Nice, cozy building for hockey, concerts, wrestling, etc. Would love more handicap parking closer to the building."
"What a terrific venue. In town for a family Thanksgiving event a dozen of us went to the game. We’re able to get great seats up close all together. Treated with a friendly mascot who noticed a sub two year-old girl waving at him enthusiastically so showed up behind her in the seats to get from her the biggest smile in the arena. The hockey game was terrific and the team came back from one down late in the third to win it so that made for an exciting evening. Affordable, fun, inexpensive. Beers and food was delicious for a snack bar!"
