"Not a big selection"
"Never again! I lost my engagement ring from Kay's Jewelers and went here because they said they could customize another one for me that looks exactly the same for $1400 less. So I applied and got approved to finance it and put a down payment on it. They promised that it would be done in a week. The next week I come in and the salesman apologizes and says that the order was never put in. I was pissed !! He then said he can have it put in and ready in 2 weeks. Because they were so unprofessional, I asked for my refund and instead he was trying to sale me on a different ring. He finally refunded me but still said I had to contact their financial people so that I am not charged for the ring monthly. I am very upset !"
