"I don’t usually write reviews, but this got my blood boiling!!! I purchased a chain for my son’s birthday less than a week ago from the wife of the retailer. Seemingly a nice woman, no complaints about her. I was pleased with the purchase. Fast forward, the “o” ring came out. So it fell off his neck because the clasp had nothing to connect to. I took it back and just wanted them to fix that. This time it was the husband. I didn’t want another chain or refund just fix it. Well he swore it was not his, despite me showing him the receipt. Implying that it was another retailer’s chain or perhaps I didn’t know where this particular one was from. As if they are the only worthy retailer of silver chains in the area. Or that I had nothing better to do. But after a heated debate, he would fix it, for a fee. Absolutely NOT. I will NEVER purchase here again."

"I have bought jewelry for years from them, and this time i had a problem...two weeks after having it, it broke....and instead of honoring a good, long time customer, he refused to refund, said store credit only. When i said there isn't anything i wanted (they didn't have the same one) suddenly he started saying "well, how do i know you didn't buy this months ago, not two weeks ago." that even upset his wife. They refused to give me a refund, even though the piece was less than two weeks over and broken. I took the broken piece back and informed him he lost a long time customer. I am very disappointed. I will NOT be going back."
