"My husband and I went into Kay to shop for Christmas gifts and it was by far the worst experience we have ever had. There were only two people in the store and three employees, one of which was just standing at the counter fiddling with plastic bags. We were in the store for over 20 minutes waiting for someone to assist us. Once the employee finally came over to us she was extremely rude. We told her we were looking to get a diamond necklace or two and our budget was up to 5K. She continued to be rude and acted as if she just didn't want our business. After the third time of her making a rude comment we decided to leave and go across to Helzberg where we spent $3,500 and had a great experience. Kay will certainly miss out on a lot of money from us, as we will NEVER step foot in that store again. I don't see them being in business much longer unless they get their act together and learn decent customer service!"

She is very thorough in presenting products and services and always helps me when I have a problem with my rings. I love to work with her and have never had a bad experience. I have watched her handle unruly customers with poise and politely, which is something i wouldn’t be able to do in her situation. 10/10 would recommend you see her."

"Had the best experience yesterday at Kay Jewelers! Chloe went above and beyond to help me find my ring info in the system….it’s been over 20 years since we bought the ring and it needed to be repaired. We got that squared away and she showed me tons of other rings as I wanted something small to wear while my wedding ring was getting fixed and we found the perfect one. We talked and talked and I felt like I totally made a new friend while being there. I’ll definitely be headed back for my 20th anniversary ring in September (or when the next sale is) :) Great customer service!!!"
