"Made a mistake on my initial federal taxes, and it wasn't until I questioned it that they found not only a mistake but also a solution. I wonder what would have happened had I not asked the question. Then I was given an appointment to go over some investment options, without anyone explaining to me what these options meant or what was going to be done with my money. Initially people were very friendly when I dropped everything off, but it went downhill from there and when I started asking questions I wasn't treated with kindness. I'm sure I wasn't the easiest to deal with either however you expect someone that is an expert to do their job properly and professionally and when it is not it's very frustrating.
