"JUST HORRIBLE! As soon as you enter, front desk lady from the morning is rude. I only left my 2 year old daughter for ONE day, worse mistake ever! Never again. If you’re thinking of leaving your kids here, stay away! Other than being rude, kids are not being looked after. They leave the kids with dry mucus all over. They don’t clean them up, not only that, the nap area is a mess and dirty! The toys the kids play with are all covered in germs cause they do not get cleaned. My daughter caught a cold because of this place. I’m sure there’s some workers there who do take care of the kids, but not all. Yes they might get certified in CPR and all, but there’s no proper care for our children. My daughter also complained of not having water. She cried to me asking for water. She was dehydrated! Inspections for sanitation should be performed on a daily basis here cause it lacks the sanitation it requires!"

"It amazes me how this location could be so different from the South location. My daughter was first placed at this location when we relocated to the area. The list of issues we have had at this location left me feeling uncomfortable with leaving my child in their care. From the unprofessionalism from her care givers to the lack of being notified of incidents have left me feeling guilty for having to bring her here. We eventually had her switched to the South location and couldn’t be happier. I wish I could give zero stars. With that being said there is a handful of caregivers that do seem to care and seem like good people but the bad outweighs the good by too much to be comfortable with."

"In contrast to the other reviews, we've had amazing care at CDC South. Our daycare team is attentive, knowledgeable, and clearly adores the kids in their classroom. The admin folks have always been professional and polite. I would recommend them strongly, even if they cost more."

"Just tried to call and get some information about the center. Spoke with someone named Kay. Kay was rude over the phone. I started to ask my first question and was cut off with her answering it in a hurry. If you don't have the patience to talk to me on the phone, you definitely don't have the patience to care for children!"
