"This is a second home for my kids. The staff members are like family. Every year they introduce new activities for the children to experience. My kids have been attending for the past 5 years. To see the center grow and expand is exciting. The care given to each child is welcoming and an extension of the staffs heart. My kids love ASAP and so do I."

"Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience w/ ASAP daycare. Mainly, the owner. I've actually never pulled my child out of day care before, until this one. And, she only attended ASAP, for about two and a half months. I didn't have any issues w/ the staff. Very lovely people, from what I can tell. The owner is the problem, I think. Just one example, the tuition is due every Friday. No issue there. And, if the tuition is not paid on Friday, there is a late fee. Still no issue (they are running a business). I forgot to pay on Friday (mind you, the Friday payment is for the week ahead). Monday morning, at 8:11 am, I receive a text message, from Tanisha, demanding the payment and the late fee. It is 8 AM, on the next business morning, mind you. Give me five minutes, please. In that message she also, says to me, "be sure to make your tuition payment today before noon in order for pick-up services to resume". That message was at 8:11 AM. I had just dropped my daughter off at ASAP, for before care. I made the payment. After she saw that I made the payment via paypal. She sends me another text message that says, "thx you, I received you payment, however, I didn't receive the $25 late payment fee. This must be added thx again." Needless to say, that was the last tuition payment or late payment fee ASAP received from me. I'd pay double their price, for quality child care, for my children. But, that sort of unprofessionalism, harassment, and then a threat not pick my child up After, my child has been left in your care. To top it off, your texting me about this matter, like we friends. Take this review for what it's worth."

"This is the most incredible program I have ever been affiliated with. I am amazed at how patient, understanding, concerned; and most importantly, how they exemplify true love and care for EACH child!!!"

"This review is not to bash the day care itself but to explain the unprofessionalism and deceitfulness of the owner Ms. Tanisha. I planned a baby shower event there for January 16, 2016. First contact requesting the space was made by calling Tanisha. After that on Dec 3, 2015 I went to visit the location to see how it looked. The next day Dec 4, 2015 I returned to pay my deposit, which I still have a receipt for, of $100. At that time the guy, I'm not sure of his name but I remember his face, explained to me that I could not hang anything on the walls, if I damaged anything I would be responsible for it and that I had an hour to setup and an hour to break down. My event was from 2:30-5:30 which meant that I could setup at 1:30 and could break down by 6:30. On the day of the event my people showed up to setup. The personnel there would not let them in. They was told that our party was not on the books. A call was made to Tanisha who allowed the party to happen but said that I would have to sign a contract. The personnel cleaned up the space and my set up did not begin until 2 pm. While that was happening I returned calls to Tanisha telling her that I did not receive a contract which she said that she hadn't sent yet because of computer issues. I said okay but I NEVER RECEIVED A CONTRACT FROM HER. At 5:30 promptly we start cleaning. At around 6:12 I went and told the lady that was cleaning that we were almost done. I had to just wait for people to come pick up my extra tables. At 6:30 there was not there so we sat the tables outside of the property and I waited in my car for the people to come get the tables. That only took about 5 minutes. I was told that I would get my deposit back within 24hours but that Monday was a holiday and that Tuesday I heard nothing from Tanisha. Wednesday I called her myself and she stated that a candle burned her desk and I wouldn't get my full deposit. I asked if I could look at the damage she said that she already got it fix, I asked if she had pictures of the damage she said no, I asked if she had receipts of repairing the damage she said no, I even asked if I could speak with the person that did the repair and she also refused that. She said that he sanded and painted the counter but when I got there I took picture and she lied nor did she have evidence that we destroyed her property. After continuing to call her she kept telling me she was waiting for the maintenance to give her a price and said that she would give me a call close of business but never did. At this point I felt like she was trying to think of any way possible to keep my money. I called her back Thursday to leave a message on her answering machine and she returned my call no longer claiming any damage but stated that I was only getting $25 back because we went over time. According to her we were supposed to leave by 6 but that was a lie. Her staff even mentioned that we were making good time cleaning up when I went to the back to talk to her. This venue was nice. I had people asking me about it afterwards but Tanisha is shady and I will never do business with her again. In fact I'll see her in small claims court. She likes to lie so she is going to have to pay way more than she bargained for. Hopefully this will teach her a lesson about honesty instead of trying to get over on people."
