"I brought in a Citizen Eco Drive watch a while ago, and they changed the battery without my permission and charged me a high rate. I later brought it to another jeweler, since it never worked again, and they told me those batteries ate expensive and should not have been changed in the first place. Horrible experience and I wished I had demanded, they put the original battery back in, since I only wanted them to look at it, and never okayed the change."

"For a place touting itself as a watch store, I was greatly disappointed. Terrible watch selection. Zippo, Wagner, maybe a few Casio and Timex, and some junky sub $50 brands. I’m not sure I’d take any watch that was pressurized here for a battery replacement. Inquired about sapphire replacement for an old watch and they only do mineral crystal. Not impressed. I’m sure the place is alright for quick cheap fixes, but don’t bother if you’re looking for a watch. Wal Mart had a better selection."

Easily consulted for us, repaired the chain and replaced the clasp, identified it as authentic, and gave us a quick tutorial on polish and maintenance (after demonstrating on our chain for us!). I was thoroughly impressed by the workmanship and turnaround (~15 mins). I will recommend them to anyone in the area for a while to come!"
