"Whoever they have answering the phones is really rude and unprofessional"
"My baby lost weight in less than 1 week there. They said they fed him well but apparently didn't. I was concerned and asked if they could send me a pic so I could see how he was. They said he was doing absolutely great but then sent a video where he was just alone in a corner, so so sad calling for mama. When he got home he didn't talk, eat or move for 1 or 2 hours each day. Took him out of there fast obviously."
