"Overall experience was mediocre at best. At first frank was all about the business. After three weeks of not hearing from him, we had to call them back to make sure that we were still doing our taxes. At the first meeting, I was not impress with his customer service, he wasn't rude but seem not to care about our presence. Furthermore, he seemed annoyed that we had a charity account linked up with our business account (since as a business we strive to do our part in the community). After the taxes were done, I felt that he was a bit price for what was done. I didn't feel that he took our interest in the process, but was rather just trying to get our taxes done. After they were done, we were interested if he was able to keep our books for the year to help on our cost at the end but at the same time provide him with more business. We called on a Friday, we were told that he was going to call us Monday. We called Monday and were told Tuesday. They gave us the round around. Now, he left a bad taste and experience, we try not to judge him but its annoying when you try to hunt someone down for business. I would have been better treated at Liberty Tax. I gave him two stars because the taxes were done, but I wish I had gone elsewhere."
