When we pick her up all of the kids are so loved and never want to leave, clearly shows it’s a loving and caring environment. If you want to write something bad about this Center(do not) at least make sure you can spell. Education is important saints!! God loves it "

"Save your self time and continue your search! There are a ton of other great, experienced, daycares in the area to pick from. The facility/house looks pretty but the amount of problems far out way it. You never actually get to see the childcare facility in the basement after you do the "tour". She only allows you to the front door of her home to pick up your child and does not make you feel welcome at all, always rushed and never wants to discuss your childs day. When I asked the owner/provider if it would be okay if my sons speech therapist did a session there with him at the daycare (its great for his development to see her in home and daycare, as well) she agreed but I could tell the provider was less then thrilled with the idea. (Other daycare providers have loved having his therapist come in becuase its so helpful to see the tools she uses to help my son.) So, my sons infant/toddler speech therapist did a session at the facility and the next time I saw her she asked me "are the kids allowed out of the play pen?" and handed me a list of other daycares in the area. HIGHLY suspicious coming from my sons therapist. Unfortunately, I'm a low income, single, mom with no help to speak of, so I felt forced to keep my child there. And the daycare provider did work with my work schedule (but if I was 1 min past the agreed time she would tell me she had to leave/had plans and her daughter had my son. I'm not sure why she told me she could keep my son to the agreed time, if she couldnt. But I always felt very guilty and ashamed when I picked him up, even when I was early.) The final straw: After telling me she accepts daycare vouchers from day 1, I find out the week my vouchers are in affect (after about a month of attending) she knows nothing about them. I paid her my co-pay the day before. Shes aggressively asking me questions I dont know the answer to, since I'm not a daycare provider nor do I work at CCS. I tell her she has to call CCS. Shes upset she didnt get paid from CCS. Again I tell her she needs to call CCS. That I dont know that part of the process and that its between her and them at that point. She yells "NO. This is between me and YOU!". She tells me I have to continue paying full prices because she didnt get paid by CCS, when she gets paid from them she'll give me my money back. Ive been using vouchers for 2.5 years at other daycare providers and have never been told to do this before. Again, suspicious. I'm late for work and go to leave. I tell her I'll get her the money, but its not my fault she didnt call CCS to get paid. Or that she decided to accept a form of payment she knows nothing about. On my way out, she tells me as I'm closing the door that she "isnt going to accept daycare vouchers any more". When I text her to ask if thats true, she calls me back screaming about how she has to get paid and that I'm always disrespectful. (There was a fire at my job a few days earlier and I was 15 min late picking my son up, she throws that in my face. She told me I didnt pay the late fee, after she told me on the day of "its fine, these things happen".) In the end I turn my car around to get my child, because I dont trust what she would to do my son at this point, shes out raged and telling me I'm rude and disrespectful and attacking her. I couldnt even get a sentence in. She goes to slam the door in my face after she hands me my sons diapers (and my son). And when I try to discuss the situation, she continues to tell me I'm rude and I "attacked her". I feel any business owner/ person in charge of children (particularly babies/toddlers) should be able to handle tough situation with dignity and poise. She keeps blaming me and finally says "I would have worked with you had you not disrespected me...", I saw/heard no sign of willingness to "work with me" at any point. I'm glad I got my son out of there when I did. Please keep looking guys!"
