"If I could rate this place a zero I would. I called back in May knowing that my son was going to need day care so I could go back to work in November. I called and talked to a lady on the phone and she had told me i would be put on the waiting list and they would have a spot in November for me. She took my information and that was it. I called yesterday to verify my spot and make sure i could bring him in soon and they told me they filled his spot and there were no more positions until January. I'm so upset. I have no one to watch my baby and can't return to work until I find a day care (which is impossible to find a infant spot). I'm even more upset that no one even called to let me know. It's wrong what they did and all I am told is "I'll look into it.". . I don't even get an excuse or an apology about what happened. Very dissapointed and honestly furious about the whole situation. If I don't find a daycare I will lose my job but, they don't care."
