"I went to get my gold ring resized, it was from a much larger size to a size 5. When I received it, the part that was supposed to close wasn’t completely smooth, also was thinner. I’m not sure if he’s supposed to give me the excess metal or not, but I feel maybe I got scammed. I don’t have a lot experience with resizing, so I didn’t measure the weight before and after. Just something doesn’t feel right."
