"Tried to do a simple return after buying a ring. Less than 30 days from purchase. They noticed that a small jewel was missing from the ring and accused me of abusing it. It never came out of the box and .The manager was rude, disrespectful. Didn’t even offer to give me a number to call. Said said go Google it. Do not come here and do not purchase anything from these crooks"

"At this store on Mother’s Day my daughter and her boyfriend and his mother came here to get Mother’s Day gifts as a surprise for us. We waited outside for 40 minutes and were told after we watched 4 people leave the store that we could not enter because their were 4 of us. The employees inside Pandora in Georgetown of DC told us we could not come in together although the door had a capacity of 10 people sign on the door we were not allowed in the store together.We are Black and were discriminated against. There were only 3 customers in the store at a time a man and woman who are employees of the establishment started yelling at us and trying to fight my daughter when we told them they were discriminating against us. I have video footage of this incident."

We decided to step inside Pandora to check out the charms & the whole entire time we were there, TAYLOR was super kind and gave us the best customer service ever. The energy this location give me when i walk in the store is exciting to find out what I might want that I myself might not know. When I walk out with its bag in my hand, I feel happy. I think it is not about what I buy, but it is what staff and the vibe of the store that make it great."
