"After a few months of research I found the perfect engagement ring for my fiancée. The process was easy and the diamond is exactly what I was hoping for. Their True Hearts collection really does show well in person. Her diamond seems to shine in any light conditions. They also offer a no interest split payment that I took advantage of. Will definitely be buying from James Allen again."

"The Diamonds were wonderful, but my issue was with the shipping. James Allen chose to ship FedEx, signature required. I understand they need to assure delivery, but FedEx in my case, was the issue. My item was set to be delivered overnight by 11:00AM, and I was sent a tracking number. I stayed home for the delivery, and it did not arrive on time. FedEx tracking said my package was undeliverable... I called them to see what the issue was, and they assured me it would be sent out as a re-delivery by the end of the day. A FedEx associate also called me to assure me the driver was nearby and delivery would be soon. When I did not receive the package at 4:00 PM, I called again, to again be told it was out for delivery by 9:00. The package never arrived, and again tracking showed the package as undeliverable. I took time off, and was home waiting all day for nothing. To receive may package, I had to stay home for a second day when I did receive my package. While not directly James Allen's fault, except for their choice of shipper, I would unlikely order from this company again."

"As someone who does not reside in U.S the excellent customer service made this experience such a breeze, My fiancée absolutely loves her ring! I really wanted to give this review five stars but the only thing that's keeping me from doing that is the fact that the engraving I requested to be on the ring was nowhere to be found. But other than that minor inconvenience. There's no where else I'd go for future purchases."
