"Recently spent $1000 at tiffany's in NYC for our anniversary. We were in tiffany's in DC and pretty much recieved the bums rush out the door. I stood at the counter just being ignored, and when I went to leave the sales girl held the door open. WHAT AN INSULT! So sad..."
"Visited the store to buy a necklace but they didn’t have it in stock, which is fine. However, I found the sales person a little too attentive. I felt really pressured and couldn’t think straight with her hovering over me. I had other items in mind but left with nothing."
"My partner and I frequent this location often. The staff here is beyond amazing. It’s become OUR store because of how much they take care of us as we build our collection. Stop by, they’ll make you feel at home. 10 stars!"
"I am really appreciative of my experiences here the last few years. I have always felt welcomed and appreciated by the staff here. I am especially appreciative of Jae. She has gone above and beyond to help me with the items I have purchased. Her and Daphne have been very helpful and shown true customer service in all of my dealings. Jae truly exhibits the highest quality of care and is always willing to help. Much thanks."
"BUY FROM ANOTHER LOCATION OR ORDER ONLINE!!! I am from Houston, Texas and a regular shopper at Tiffany’s. My mother and I visited this location for me to purchase some earrings since it was right across the street from my hotel around 4:30 pm on Thursday, June 29, 2023; however, I regret visiting. When I entered the door was open and you could tell the air was not working. No big deal, I’m from Houston and use to the heat. The tall white security guy at the front informed me that someone would be with us soon. Two sales associates were helping customers, so we looked around the store wasting time. While we were looking around a black security guy approached us to ask if we wanted anything to drink and we stated no. Shortly after my mother left the store because she was too hot and I stayed to make my purchase. Once the black lady with short twists finished with her couple, she walked right pass me to take the wine glasses to the back, not even speaking to me. At this point it had been about 30 minutes of waiting so I thought great she can help me so I can buy these earrings quickly and go. However I looked up and see her crossing the street so she must have left out of the back. Shortly after that the Asian lady with long black hair finished with her customer and went to the back, not speaking to me either. I dismissed the poor customer service again and was like whatever I’m ready to buy my earrings quickly and go. At this point I am the only customer in the entire store and standing in the middle so you can’t miss me. The Asian sales associate stayed in the back for 10 minutes then comes out with a small box and proceeded to do something on the computer. Again I thought she is wrapping something up and will help me next. To my disbelief she turned her back to me and started talking to the 2 security guys. I have never been treated with so much disrespect and wasting 45 minutes of my time. I proceeded to walk towards the door to leave and the black security guy asked if I’ve been helped. Like dude you have seen me standing here for 45 minutes and you already know I haven’t been helped. The sales associates still did not say a word or sorry let me help you, nothing. Like do you think I’m standing in the hot store for 45 minutes just because it’s fun. I proceeded to tell them that I will make my purchase when I get back to Houston and wouldn’t dare buy anything after being ignored. Then as was walking outside back to my hotel I could see through the glass windows that it 3 sales associates in the back part of Tiffany’s appear to talking and laughing. I had no idea that it was more sales associates that could have helped me this entire time. Tiffany’s need to train their employees better at this location because this is a poor reflection of the company. Do yourself a favor and don’t even visit this location."
