"Excellent service. I went to PrimeTime Jewelers in search of getting some jewelry repaired being my original jeweler moved far away. I needed to find a jeweler who can handle my precious items. I had an ID bracelet given to me as a teenager from my now deceased father. It needed some TLC like a new closure and my name was faded away. PrimeTime assured me they would be very careful and I would be so happy with the results. They were right, I was so happy it brought tears to my eyes. My bracelet never looked this amazing. I had my son's ID bracele name plate redone and my son was so happy with the outcome. My son's name is long but they fit it. They did an excellent job and the customer service was outstanding. Not to mention the price was very reasonable. I recommend them for your jewelry needs. I have bought several items and they are just gorgeous pieces. Also I saw some custom made pieces that was very impressive. Thank you PrimeTime Jewelers, I'm happy to say you are my new Jeweler."

"In April 2021, I purchased what I was informed by Prime Time Jewelers store manager, was a gold chain for $169. About 3 weeks after purchase, the gold chain broke while I was adjusting my gold charm on the chain. I took the gold chain back and upgraded to a larger gold chain after being assured by the store manager that the chain would be stronger and less likely to break. I paid an additional $165 to upgrade to a little thicker chain. After about 6 weeks, the chain broke again just as I step from the shower. I took the chain back to the store and one of the clerks offered to have the chain repaired by an outside jeweler. After the chain was supposedly repaired, in less than two weeks, the chain fell from my neck, after I bent down to pick something up from the floor. Also, the chain is turning colors, the manager said it is from perfume. I requested my full refund of $330 but the manager said they would only repair the chain. I informed the manager that I no longer feel confident in their product because I made the purchase in less than three months time and I have had to return to the store so often, due to the chain’s continuous faulty issues. The manager remained firm on his decision to not refund my money. I am extremely disappointed because I spent my money and this purchase is not what I expected. I had to report this company to BBB (Better Business Bureau) because of the poor quality of the jewelry and because the company refused to accommodate me. They sell hollow gold, which is of poor quality and charge the same price as you would pay for solid gold. Their jewelry breaks very easy. Please do NOT be deceived by the two recent reviews that were posted after my post. I have NO reason to lie on this company, I’m out of $330 for a hollow gold chain that I’m told by another jeweler, the chain will continue to break even after it’s fixed because it’s not solid gold. Take your money and make a good investment elsewhere. A purchase with this company is a rip off."

"Buyer Beware! Bought a 14kt gold chain for my 18 yr old son from Prime time Jewelers store for his birthday. This chain has broken twice in 2 different places by him just wearing the chain regularly with no excess tugging on the chain. He is not a toddler tugging on the chain for it to be breaking for no apparent reason twice by him just wearing it with a pendant they custom made. When I went back to them to explain how the chain has been breaking, they told me all they guaranteed is that it was 14kt so apparently it's normal for their 14kt to just keep breaking. So now I have to go buy another 14kt gold that won't keep breaking like this one because he will lose the pendant soon as much as this chain is breaking. What a waste of money!"
