As a first time mom, Ita was very helpful in keeping me updated and also giving helpful tips. My kids are now 4 & 6 and they still miss Ita & Lolo. They call Ita their best grandma ever! They have kept an ongoing relationship because they felt loved and cared for and they love her back. The daycare is very clean and organized. Ita is very generous especially on their birthdays and holidays getting her kids nice gifts.
