"I went to the store and ordered a layered necklace with a k initial and charm, the girl told me the price was 200.00. I said ok, it’s a present for my daughter’s birthday, let me order it. Not only did it take a while to come, but it’s not what I ordered, it’s something else. When I went back to the store for them to see that the order was wrong, the same girl took care of us again and instead of giving us the necklace for the same price as the old one, she tried to fix her mistake, and charged us 233.00 extra; she messed up. I give 5 stars when I get great or good service but I will not accept multiple mistakes. The Girl told me she was going to give me a discount on my order but I never thought that with the discount was going to come a cheap order. She charged me 500 in total for her mistakes. Very disappointed in this store. Very disappointed at the service and never again will go back. And please, everyone be careful when you order something there."
