Reviews of Zales
"I had to stop by Fair Oaks Zales tonight and had the wonderful pleasure of working with Marvina. She was so kind and knowledgeable, and made the entire evening an amazing experience. I will continue to come to this Zales because of her, and she now has a customer for life."
"Triana had great service. At other stores we had a stressful experience where the sales people were over bearing. However, Triana made her self available instead of hovering and pressuring a purchase."
"Shadi has provided excellent customer service and gave me a great deal on the wedding band I bought. My experiences with the other associates have been positive and great. Highly recommended!"
"Went to the Zales store in Fair Oaks Mall on 9/8/23 to have a ring resized and another ring fixed, and experienced the worst customer service! First, the store was scheduled to open at 11am. My husband and I showed up a little after 11am, but the gates were still down. Two employees were standing at the counter and when we asked what time the store opened, the senior employee (Carissa, who stated she was the store manager) told us 11, then looked at her watch and had the associate open the gates. As the associate was opening the gates, Carissa then took a personal phone call and was on the phone in the front for several minutes. The associate (unfortunately, I didn’t get her name) was very helpful and friendly while helping me and my husband. The associate had a few questions for Carissa because she wasn’t sure how to correctly enter everything in the repair ticket. Carissa was with another customer at the time. When she looked at the ring (which I inherited from my late grandmother), she first tried to tell me it was fake and they ‘couldn’t touch it’. I was floored she had the nerve to do that! After explaining to her that it was in fact ‘real’ (14k gold with white sapphires), she then proceeded to explain to the associate what to enter into the system. When I explained that what she was telling the associate wasn’t what we needed to have done, Carissa then told the associate to swap with her so she could help us/the associate could finish with the other customer, but then changed her mind and said ‘never mind, they can wait’ - referring to me and my husband, loud enough for us to hear. By this time, my husband and I were pretty frustrated and asked if the associate could start processing the repair needed on my other ring while we waited. We waited another 10 minutes, and Carissa still had not finished with the other customer. She walked over to the same area where I was standing to inspect the other customer’s jewelry and began explaining to me that I needed to have something done to a ring we just bought and was already the correct size. I tried explaining several times that wasn’t what I wanted, restated what I needed to have done, and repeatedly told her I didn’t want the ring that fit me resized (because it fit and was the correct size). Carissa proceeded to ignore what I was trying to tell her and continued to argue with me. At this time, after being in the store for almost 40 minutes and having the senior employee/‘store manager’ continue to argue with me, I asked the associate to cancel my order, give me my rings back and I would take them to a different Zales - then, I left. I took my jewelry to the Zales in Leesburg and received AMAZING service! It was night and day difference and they were able to create a repair ticket for exactly what I needed to have done to both rings I brought in for repair/resizing. The Leesburg store is a little further from my house, but I will gladly drive further to avoid having to deal with the nightmare I experienced at the Fair Oaks store and Carissa! Zales - you can do better!"
"My fiancé and I had a great experience working with the lovely Jackie. She was delightful, and guided us on how to find rings we both love and gave honest feedback when trying things on. We were both so happy to find rings we love."
