It wasn’t the same chain and the one that they replaced it with was fake and they refused to give me my money back. They also say that they never said that my first chain was real gold when they definitely did they verified that it was because I thought that I got something fake from a different store and they said that it was 100% real so when they shipped it off it was a real gold chain when I received one back now it’s discoloring and it’s fake and they won’t give me my money back or my chain back and they were really rude and yelling at me and hung up the phone"
